What Should You Be Packing in Your Gym Bag?

There’s never been a better time to join a gym, it’s almost summer after all, and the gym can be a great place to keep up on or start a regular workout in total comfort. You select a gym, you set a schedule, and maybe you even plan out some of your routine, now what do you pack in your gym bag?
-Water- There’s nothing more important than staying hydrated before, during and after your workout.
-Towel- This could come in handy after a super sweaty workout or for a post workout shower.
-A Change of Clothes- Carry a change because it may not always be possible to run home before or after a gym session.
-Headphones- A workout is always better to your own personal soundtrack.
-A Protein Boost- You never know what the day might bring after you hit the gym so make sure you have a protein bar or a shake for some extra fuel.
-Plastic Bags- A must to contain dirty gym items.
-Toiletry bag- Pack deodorant, fragrance, and shower essentials etc. to make sure you’re ready to re-enter society after gym time.
-Extra Undergarments and Socks- Don’t want to find you’re without these after a shower.
-Lock- If your worried about your gym locker you may want to pick up one of these.
-Extra Shoes/ Sandals- You may need a different pair of shoes and sandals are great for the shower.
