Fitness Classes You’ll Find at AFAC

While some classes are seasonal, many are available year-round. Here are some of the classes you can enjoy at our gym.

Nordic Walking

This outdoor walking and hiking class is taught by AFAC owner Susan Schaffner, a certified Nordic Walking instructor.

Bariatric Support Group Meetings

Free to members and non-members, these meetings are led by AFAC owner Susan Schaffner on the first Tuesday of every month.

Yoga

Learn poses, breathing techniques, and meditation in classes designed to support movement, recovery, and balance.

Power Plate

Discover how Power Plates can support strength training and performance through vibration-based movement.

Cardio Kickboxing

Learn the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing, including proper form, footwork, and striking technique.

Boot Camp

These high-energy classes are designed to improve endurance, strength, and weight-loss results both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.

TRX Training

All fitness classes at Adventure Fitness Athletic Club are free for our members, who can sign up on this page or through the MINDBODY app.
