Ten-Hut! It’s Time for Fit Soldiers 2.0 Boot Camp at Adventure Fitness Athletic Club

Are you tired of doing exercises that you don’t like or that cause you pain? Of eating “healthy” foods that you hate? Of trying to reach fitness goals that you can’t seem to achieve by yourself? If so, try our Fit Soldiers 2.0 classes at Adventure Fitness Athletic Club. These boot camp-style fitness classes are held indoors at our Thornton gym and also outside, weather permitting. Master trainer Dave Mura leads the class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 am.

Enjoy a stronger, healthier, and more confident ski season by attending the Ski Prep Classes at Adventure Fitness Athletic Club. If you’re a member of AFAC, we invite you to join us at our Thornton gym on Friday evenings to train for the slopes. Our Ski Prep Classes will help you increase your strength and power in a specific manner to avoid injuries, mitigate impact, and alleviate change-of-direction stress while skiing.

Our highly experienced personal trainers are certified in multiple areas and are constantly expanding their knowledge. They provide our members with individualized exercise programs to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
