Kettlebell Swing
Workout Instructions: Standing with your feet about shoulders width apart, grab the kettlebell at the top with both hands. Slightly bend at the knees. Pivot forward at the hips and swing the kettlebell between your legs. Then drive your hips forward to swing the kettlebell to chest height and back between your legs while maintaining the swinging motion.
Great For: Legs, Glutes, and back
One- Armed Kettlebell Swing
Workout Instructions: With one arm at a time, perform just like the two- handed swing. You can still swing the other arm to help you maintain the thrust. As you continue to swing you can alternate your hands.
Great For: Shoulders, Legs, Glutes, and Back
Deadlifts
Workout Instructions: Standing with your feet about hip-width apart with your knees slightly bent. Squat down and grab the kettlebell with both hands while keeping your back flat. Keep your core tight and arms extended as you lift the kettlebell back to your starting position.
Great For: Glutes and Legs
Squats
Workout Instructions: Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart holding the kettlebell with both hands in front of the chest. Keep your elbows close to the body as you bend at the knees and hips in a sitting motion until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Return to standing by driving your heels into the ground and repeat.
Great For: Glutes, Quads, and Hamstring
