Adventure Fitness Athletic Club (AFAC) is a locally owned and operated gym in Thornton, Colorado. AFAC is the life’s passion of owner Susan Schaffner, a Colorado native who wants each member of the gym to feel like they’re an important part of our fitness family.
After having bariatric surgery in 2005, Susan’s dream has been to help people of all ages and fitness levels improve their health and wellness. Yoga
- Our yoga instructor is Jeanine.
- Low to medium impact, all levels. A dynamic approach to functional balance, strength, and flexibility while improving body awareness.
- Helps you improve flexibility and breathing, decreases stress, and maintains health and incorporates meditation for a balanced mind.
- This class is great for all fitness levels as our instructors are amazing at molding the class to everyone’s needs.
