Members of Adventure Fitness Athletic Club are already making progress in their fitness resolutions by being a part of our Thornton gym. Ten-Hut! It’s Time for Fit Soldiers 2.0 Boot Camp at Adventure Fitness Athletic Club

Are you tired of doing exercises that you don’t like or that cause you pain? Of eating “healthy” foods that you hate? Of trying to reach fitness goals that you can’t seem to achieve by yourself? If so, try our Fit Soldiers 2.0 classes at Adventure Fitness Athletic Club. These boot camp-style fitness classes are held indoors at our Thornton gym and also outside, weather permitting. Master trainer Dave Mura leads the class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 am.
