AFAC gym has Certified Personal Trainers on staff with certifications including the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Spin, and Yoga. With decades of experience in the fitness industry, they’re qualified in a range of disciplines and supported by a gym fully stocked with strength, cardio, and specialty equipment.

Susan’s life’s passion is to help others live healthier, happier lives. She teaches many classes at AFAC including Nordic Walking, Power Plate and More, Functional Fitness, Balance-N-Core, and Lunchtime Fusion. She also leads free monthly Bariatric Support Group meetings open to the public.

Your trainer will review your medical history and any physical limitations or past injuries that matter.
