Yoga

  • Our yoga instructors are Janine and Chuna.
  • Low to medium impact, all levels. A dynamic approach to functional balance, strength, and flexibility while improving body awareness.
  • Helps you improve flexibility and breathing, decreases stress, and maintains health and incorporates meditation for a balanced mind.
  • This class is great for all fitness levels as our instructors are amazing at molding the class to everyone’s needs.

Kids Kraze

  • Low to high impact, all levels
  • Fun fitness program and a wonderful way for kids to top off their day with a smile and feeling fantastic
  • Safe learning environment where kids can engage in fun activities, games, sports, rock climbing, obstacle courses and learn about safety, social and personal responsibilities while having a great time with friends and other program members
  • Encourages kids to use their heart, mind and body to learn and develop new skills, build self-esteem, coordination, strength, flexibility, confidence, and courage
  • All activities can be modified to accommodate children’s specific needs
  • This class is for kids ages 5 to 10
